Looking for Wood

Well today I got up very early (5:30) so that I could be at Olinda’s house to meet Luz and her husband and they took me to two different lumber mills here in Costa Rica. My goodness you sure can get confused in a hurry when you look at all of the varieties of wood that are available. It just boggles you mind after awhile. I did take pictures though and will make a decision when I can get a better idea of shipping possibilities and what is available in southern Mexico. The wood here is Teca Cinisero, Almendro del Rio, Guanacosta, Laurel, and Cedros. I do like the Coco Bola from Mexico also.
Last night we had dinner in a wonderful seafood restaurant with Olinda and her family. It was a great time and we really enjoyed ourselves. Coming home on TT was also an experience that Bev does not wish to repeat she says. Some people!
And today I again found my way on TT to Alajuela and back without incident.
Thursday we are going to Puenta Arenas. Luz found us a package trip with bus and meals and hotel so we will spend a day there. Another trip to Alajuela on TT but it has been a joy to see that my little scooter was worth taking with us.
It’s raining this afternoon so not much to do. We did have the RV serviced although it was not really time to do so. I had them change the oil and filter and the transmission fluid. I was a little concerned with all of the mountain driving we have done so this is just preventative medicine.
Well time to relax and read some and then get the campsite for another 4-5 days.
